The best way to check out eligibility and to submit questions regarding the license assignment and similar questions is to visit the Adobe Creative Cloud section on the IS&T Tech Web site. From there you can initiate a license request, learn about eligibility, or submit a help ticket specific to the Adobe Creative Cloud.
